NOW COMES Plaintiff, The Weather Underground, Inc., by and through its counsel, Traverse Legal, PLC, and moves the Court as follows: On March 26, 2010, Plaintiff filed it's Motion for an Order Compelling Responses to Plaintiff's First Request for Production and Interrogatories to Defendant along with Exhibits A through N. (Docket No. 46) On April 12, 2010, Defendant's counsel sent a letter to Plaintiff's counsel asking that Exhibit N be filed under seal pursuant to the Protective Order issued in this matter. (Exhibit A to this Motion.) Therefore, Plaintiff moves the Court to strike Attachment #9, Exhibits I through N, to its Motion and have the image redacted. Once the Order is entered, Plaintiff will resubmit Exhibits I through N to its Motion appropriately.
