It appears from our research that Ms. Boozer bas retained our office and Levin, Papantonio, Thomas, Mitchell, Eshsner & Proctor, PA to represent her regarding her Guidant claim. I spoke to Ms. Boozer on Friday, May 25, 2007 and she indicated that she wanted our office to continue legal representation, Please see the attached letter confirming our telephone conversation. Ms. Boozer signed a contract with our office on October 20, 2006 and we filed Ms. Boozer's case on May 22,2007 as part of the Pamela Barber, et ai. filing. We have also notified Timothy O'Brien and Kimberly Lambert of Levin, Papantonio, Thomas, Mitchell, Eshsner & Proctor, PA of Ms. Boozer's wishes and have requested that they move to dismiss without prejudice the case they filed on her behalf.
