Based on the Court's review of the parties' submissions, the applicable law, and the proceedings, the Court hereby enters the following: ORDER 1. Plaintiff Peter Wislocki's Motion to Remand (Civil No. 05-2957, Doc. No. 9) is GRANTED. 2. Plaintiff Patricia Machalowski's Motion to Remand (Civil No. 05-2958, Doc. No. 7) is GRANTED. 3.
