File No: 0:10-CV-00758-RHK-JJK DECLARATION OF JUSTIN L. SEURER I, Justin L. Seurer, hereby declare as follows: 1. I represent the Plaintiff Titlecraft, Inc. in the above-captioned action. I have personal knowledge of the facts set forth below, and if called as a witness could and would testify competently thereto. 2. Attached hereto is a true and correct copy of the opinion letter obtained by Titlecraft from Registered United States Patent Attorney Lee Pederson on or about March 21, 2008. 3. I also attended the same joint pretrial conference, conducted in this action pursuant to Fed. R. Civ P. 16 with Magistrate Judge Keyes, on August 17, 2010. During, and after the conference, the Attorney for the NFL indicated that the NFL was going to provide additional initial discovery. After waiting, and never receiving this discovery, Titlecraft finally served discovery upon the NFL on October 1, 2010. 1 Dockets.Justia.com I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing statements are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information and belief.
