The Court hereby finds that, considering the significant relationship between this action and the earlier-filed patent infringement action pending in the District of Minnesota, 3M Company, et al. v. Avery Dennison Corp., Civil Action No. 10-cv02630 MJD/FLN (D. Minn.), the interests of justice and judicial economy that would be advanced by transfer, and the convenience of the parties and likely witnesses, there is good cause to transfer this action to the District of Minnesota. 1. Defendants' Motion to Transfer Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) is GRANTED. This action shall be transferred immediately to the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. IT IS SO ORDERED.
