Ben-At the hearing, Judge Doty indicated he would withhold ruling on the balance of the records requested by the newspapers (i.e., the remainder of the record filed before Judge Doty) until the parties have had the "opportunity to propose narrow, limited redactions of only those portions containing confidential information." (Tr. at 25:12-22.) With the exception of third-party information, we don't have any redactions to propose. Do you? Please let us know, so we can get closure on this issue.
