RE: Spreadbury v. Bitterroot Public Library
Dear Shannon,
While I wish to thankyourfirm for preparing this document, the essential part of the order requested is to protectfrom
information Irrelevant from the case on November 4,2009.
This information includes information which is public In nature, not confidential, due to disposition on October15,2010
perMontana Statute. This firm lost a public information case, andshould be aware of standards of public information. I
do notagreewith thisorder, due to it helping Defense parties, not protecting me from the improper inclusion of material
not relvant to the case. I have not received any compel order, contrary to Mr. Crowley's note; his credibility is that of a
lawyer.
Thisfirm continuesto commitfraud with public funds, givefalse information, and possibly tamper with my mail.
Are rules and laws that hard to follow?
