Dear Shannon,

While I wish to thank your firm for preparing this document, the essential part of the order requested is
to protect from information irrelevantfrom the case on November 4, 2009.
This informatton includes information which is publicin nature, not confidential, due to disposition on

October 15, 2010 per Montana Statute. This firm losta public information case, and should be awareof
standardsof public information. I do not agree with this order, due to it helping Defense parties, not
protecting me from the improper inclusion of material not relvant to the case. I have not received any
compel order, contrary to Mr. Crowley's note; his credibility is that of a lawyer.
This firm continues to commit fraud with public funds, give false information, and possiblytamper with
my mail.
Are rules and laws that hard to follow?

the Court for the Court's consideration and adoption. Copies of this email and the proposed Protective
