TERMS OF SETfLEMENT AGREEMENT
Bitterroot Public Library & City of HamiIton
1. Defendant Nansu Roddy will voluntarily remove order of protection.
2. Bitterroot Public Library will not remove privileges of any patron unless
fully complied with Montana Law, and in-house policies.
Lee Enterprises.
3. All articles, comments to articles that include any mention or reference to
intimidation, alleged mental health, or vocation discredit of Plaintiff will be
permanently removed from online sites of Lee Enterprises Inc.
