Comes now Plaintiff, with affidavit for non-corporate status, request for judicial not

administrative proceeding in the aforementioned.

1) Plaintiff Michael Spreadbury, of sound mind and competent to make this affidavit with

21

personal knowledge ofthe facts contained herein, attesting to the facts in my authorized capacity.

2. I am not a corporation created under the laws of the United States or any state.

23

3. I am not an officer, agent, shareholder, franchise, or fiduciary agent, resident inhabitant, or

24

domiciled in any corporation.

4. I am not a vessel documented under 46 USC or vessel numbered as provided within that code.

5. I am not an enemy of the United States, or any corporation created under the laws of the

United States, or any state within the union.

6. No documentation exists that I am part of a state or US corporation, and if in existence is

fraudulent, illusionary, a false representation of my person.

I am a neutral person before this court per 15 USC§ 1861, who retains full constitutional rights

31

and enjoys the benefits thereto.

7. I require that the laws, common law of the State of Montana, US Constitution be upheld in

33

this case in front of courts within the State of Montana.

8. No contract, signed or implied is signed, nor any agreement between parties of this case.

9. I require all rules of this court will be upheld in the aforementioned by the Judge, and the

36

Judge(s) will rule consistent to the oath of that office found in Art. Ills. 3 MT Constitution.

10. I require that the proceeding be judicial in capacity not administrative.

11. All public officers of this court will uphold these rights and claims
