Dear Parties:
After reviewing the responses to the Memorandum and Order (filing no. 71) dated
December 20, 2013, I will need to conduct an additional hearing with all parties. The hearing
will be held to either fully and finally settle this case based on a the parties’ compromise as to the
remaining issues, or in the absence of a settlement, conduct an evidentiary hearing on those
issues. No more than two hours will be set aside for the hearing.
The hearing will be on the record. Harold Wilson will appear telephonically, with all
other parties appearing either telephonically or in person in my courtroom.
I am available on the following dates and times:

Wednesday, February 19, 2014

3:00 p.m.
10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Other than Harold Wilson, all parties need to contact my Chambers at 402-437-1670 to advise us
as to your availability. As soon as we arrive at a date in time, we will then contact the prison to
set up this call for Mr. Wilson and will provide call-in conference information for all other
parties.
