Currently before the Court is Randazza Legal Group’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction

(hereinafter, the “Motion”). The Court, having considered the Motion and being otherwise duly

advised, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion is granted. The Plaintiff, Righthaven

22

LLC, shall immediately freeze any and all bank accounts and other assets in its possession or

23

control in the amount of $3,815.00, and transfer such amount to the Court to be held in trust.

The function and operation of Righthaven shall not be impeded unless these accounts or assets
are later seized. This Order shall stand until Righthaven satisfies the judgment entered by the

27

Court in this case on July 5, 2011 (Doc. # 53), or until the Righthaven shows cause as to why the

Order should be lifted.
