This matter having come before the Court by application of Eichen Crutchlow Zaslow &
McElroy, LLP, attorneys for Plaintiff Deborah Fellner, the Court having considered the
application and good cause having been shown;

ORDERED that the admission of Stephen G. Grygiel to practice pro hac vice in the
above-captioned action as counsel for Plaintiff Deborah Fellner is granted; and it is further
ORDERED that Stephen G. Grygiel shall make payment to the New Jersey Lawyers’
Fund for Client Protection pursuant to the requirements of New Jersey Court Rule 1:28-2; and it
is further

ORDERED that Stephen G. Grygiel shall make a payment of $150.00 to the Clerk of the
United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, in accordance with Local Civil Rule
101.1(c)(3), within 20 days of the date of the entry of this order.
