Please take notice that the exhibit filed as Exhibit No. 2 to the Declaration of Brian Ferrall
[Doc. No. 112] was the incorrect Exhibit.
Defendant Intel Corporation submits this Errata to the Exhibit in order to correct and
reconcile the error. The correct Exhibit No. 2 to the Declaration of Brian Ferrall is hereto attached
as Exhibit 2A. The attached Exhibit 2A should be substituted and replaced for the Exhibit No. 2
[Doc. No. 112-2, p. 1-11] filed June 21, 2011.
All other information concerning the details of the Declaration of Brian Ferrall and all other
exhibits filed therewith remain the same.
