MEMORANDUM & ORDER: The Court grants Petitioner's 6 request to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. Petitioner is directed to show cause by written affirmation, within 60 days from the entry of this Memoran dum and Order, why the instant petition should not be dismissed as time-barred. Petitioner's affirmation should include any facts which would support tolling of the statute of limitations, including the date he filed any other petitions, a pplications, motions or any applications for writs of error coram nobis and the dates he sought leave to appeal those denials. No response to the petition shall be required at this time and all further proceedings shall be stayed for 60 days fo r Petitioner to comply with this Order. If Petitioner fails to comply with this Order within the time allowed, the instant petition shall be dismissed as time-barred. SO ORDERED by Judge Margo K. Brodie, on 6/11/2015.
