This Notice concerns the REJECTION of above-referenced Proof of Claim and Release that you filed, or that was filed on
your behalf, in the Pasha S. Anwar, et al. v. Fairfield Greenwich Limited, et al. (Civil Action No. 09-cv-118) GlobeOP
Settlement Class for a share of the distribution of GlobeOP settlement proceeds.
In order to be an eligible Class Member, you must have held one of the following Greenwich Funds on December 10, 2008:
Greenwich Sentry, L.P. or Greenwich Sentry Partners, L.P.
The Claim number referenced above did not include any investments during the Class Period (October 31, 2003 through
September 1, 2006) or indicate any holdings of the eligible Greenwich funds on December 10, 2008 and, as such, in
accordance with the Plan of Allocation approved by the Court and as set forth in the GlobeOP Notice (which is available for
review at www.fairfieldgreenwichlitigation.com/CourtDocuments.aspx), your claim will not be eligible to share in the
Settlement Fund.
IF YOU DISAGREE WITH THIS DETERMINATION BECAUSE YOU DID INVEST IN ONE OF THE GREENWICH
FUNDS LISTED ABOVE, YOU MUST SUBMIT ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTATION TO SUPPORT YOUR
ELIGIBILITY IN ORDER FOR YOUR CLAIM TO BE RECONSIDERED, YOUR REPONSE MUST BE RECEIVED BY
THE RESPONSE DUE DATE ABOVE.
Examples of acceptable documentation include: copies of securities broker’s confirmation slips, month or year-end account
statement(s), a letter from your broker on company letterhead or other documents evidencing each transaction or retention of
the eligible securities. Please note the documentation must include the name of the beneficial owner, the name of the
institution that executed the trade(s) or held the securities, along with all trade details (including the security traded, trade
date, quantity, price and net amount of the entire transaction).
Please do not re-submit the same documentation provided when you filed your Claim as it has already been
determined to be inadequate and will not cure this condition.
