COWLEY, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. ยง 1746, declares as follows: 1. I am an Assistant United States Attorney in the office of Preet Bharara, United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York. I am one of the Assistant United States Attorneys responsible for representing the Government in the above-referenced case. I respectfully submit this declaration in connection with the Government's response to the sur-reply filed by Cardroom International, LLC ("Cardroom") relating to the Government's motion to strike its claim. 2. Attached hereto as Exhibit A is what I believe to be a true and correct copy of an order entered on or about December 31, 2012, in the case Cardroom International LLC v. Mark Scheinberg, et al., No. SC114330 (Super. Ct. Cal. L.A. County). 3. Attached hereto as Exhibit B is a true and correct copy of the stipulation entered between the Government and Cardroom on or about July 27, 2012, relating to the Government's maintenance of substitute res in regard to Cardroom's pending claim in this action. 4. Attached hereto as Exhibit C are true and correct copies of two letters sent to the Court by the Government regarding several Stipulated Orders of Settlement that have been entered in this action.
