I have knowledge of the facts set forth below based on my personal involvement in the instant litigation. 2. I am employed as an attorney and Chief Litigation Counsel with the Division of Enforcement of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) in Washington, D.C. I have entered an appearance as counsel of record for the SEC in the above-captioned matter. 3.
