DECLARATION OF GARY ADELMAN IN SUPPORT OF
REDIGI’S MOTION TO SEAL
GARY ADELMAN, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746, declares under the penalty of
perjury, as follows:
1.
I am a partner at the law firm of Adelman Matz P.C., attorneys for
Defendant ReDigi Inc. As such, I am fully familiar with the facts and circumstances herein
based upon my personal handling of the file.
2.
I make this declaration in support of ReDigi’s motion to seal certain parts
of the transcript of the conference on April 4, 2016.

A true and correct copy of the un-redacted Transcript of the Conference in
the above matter that took place on April 4, 2016 that the parties are requesting be filed
under seal is annexed hereto as Exhibit 1.

matter that took place on April 4, 2016 with proposed redactions is annexed hereto as
Exhibit 2.

I have conferred with counsel for Plaintiffs and all Co-Defendants and all
