RICHARD J. SULLIVAN, District Judge:
This Court previously issued an order dated April 4, 2016 dismissing this case with
prejudice but without costs, unless either of the parties sent a letter requesting to restore this action
to the docket with an explanation for the request, within sixty days of April 4, 2016. The Court is
in receipt of the parties’ joint letter dated April 28, 2016, requesting that this action be restored to
the docket for the purposes of submitting a Proposed Stipulated Final Judgment Subject to
Reservation of Right to Appeal. The parties have represented that they reached an agreement
concerning damages and other relief and have represented that they intend to submit one of two
agreed upon forms of Proposed Stipulated Final Judgments Subject to Reservation of Right to
Appeal, on or before June 3, 2016.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that this case and Plaintiffs’ claims are restored to the docket.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the parties shall submit the appropriate Proposed Stipulated
Final Judgment Subject to Reservation of Right to Appeal on or before June 3, 2016.

IT IS

FURTHER ORDERED, that this case is stayed pending receipt of the appropriate Stipulated Final
Judgment Subject to Reservation of Right to Appeal by June 3, 2016.
