PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon the annexed affidavit of movant in support of this
motion and the Certificates of Good Standing annexed thereto, Sarah H. Sloan hereby moves this
Court pursuant to Rule 1.3 (c) of the Local Rules of the United States District Courts for
Southern and Eastern Districts of New York for an Order allowing the admission of movant, an
attorney with the firm of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and a member in good standing of
the Bars of the State of New York and the District of Columbia, to appear pro hac vice as
counsel for Amici Curiae The NAACP and The NAACP New York State Conference. The
movant has never been convicted of a felony, and has never been censured, suspended, disbarred
or denied admission or readmission by any court.
