BRIEF IN SUPPORT OF PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the law professors identified in Appendix A to the
accompanying brief shall move this Court, before the Honorable Paul A. Crotty, United States
District Judge, at the United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York, at a date
and time to be determined by the Court, for leave to file the proposed amicus curiae brief in the
above-captioned matter. This motion is based upon the accompanying memorandum of law and
the proposed brief of amici curiae, the complaint, declarations, motions, and exhibits filed in this
action, and any other matters properly before the Court.
