and Peter K. Skivington (“Withdrawing Counsel”) have irreconcilable differences of
opinion with the client and co-counsel as to important strategic decisions in the conduct
of the litigation; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to NY Rules of Professional Conduct 1.16(c)(8), it is in the
best interest of the client for Withdrawing Counsel to cease their representation of
plaintiff; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned hereby stipulate and consent to the withdrawal of
Milberg LLP, Calihan Law PLLC, and Jones and Skivington, and attorneys Sanford P.
Dumain, Jennifer L. Young, Melissa Ryan Clark, Robert B. Calihan and Peter K.
Skivington, counsel of record for Plaintiff Paul D. Ceglia, pursuant to L.R. Civ. P.
83.2(d)(2); and
WHEREAS, Boland Legal and attorneys Dean Boland and Paul A. Argentieri
remain counsel of record for Plaintiff Paul D. Ceglia;
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED among the parties through their
undersigned counsel that Milberg LLP, Calihan Law PLLC, and Jones and Skivington,
and attorneys Sanford P. Dumain, Jennifer L. Young, Melissa Ryan Clark, Robert B.
Calihan and Peter K. Skivington are hereby withdrawn as counsel in this action.
This Stipulation may be executed in one or more counterparts. All executed
