I am involved with a team of lawyers and we would like a detailed examination of
the 7th amendment as it relates to a judges ability to dismiss a case prior to trial,
with a focus on a judges inability to weigh facts.
This would be an ongoing project till the case law was exhausted and then some
hours building a final presentation as well as a case law map.
