DECLARANT, submits this declaration and hereby declares under penalty of

I make this declaration upon personal knowledge.

I was counsel for Plaintiff in this matter and filed a motion to withdraw.

3.

As required by the local rules, I served upon Plaintiff a copy of the in camera
submission provided to the court at the time of that filing.

4.

I supplemented that in camera submission by letter to the court on November
27, 2012.

5.

I served a copy of that supplemental in camera submission on Plaintiff via
email attachment on November 27, 2012.

6.

I have confirmed with Plaintiff his receipt of both in camera submissions to the
