THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion to Enlarge Time to
File Objections to Magistrate’s Report and Recommendation and to Increase the Page Limit, and
Defendants having consented thereto, and the Court, having reviewed the file, and being fully
advised in the premise, and good cause having been shown, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1.

Plaintiff’s Motion to Enlarge Time to File Objections to Magistrate’s Report and

Recommendation and to Increase the Page Limit is hereby GRANTED; and
2.

Plaintiff shall file his written objections to the Magistrate’s Report and

Recommendation on or before April 15, 2013; and
3.

Plaintiff may file written objections to the Magistrate’s Report and

Recommendation of up to 50 pages.
