THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion to Enlarge Time to
File Reply to Opposition to Objections to Magistrate’s Report and Recommendation and for an
Increase in the Page Limit, and Defendants having taken a position neither in favor of nor in
opposition thereto, and the Court, having reviewed the file, and being fully advised in the
premises, and good cause having been shown, it is hereby ORDERED that:
1.
Plaintiff’s Motion to Enlarge Time to File Reply to Opposition to Objections to
Magistrate’s Report and Recommendation and for an Increase in the Page Limit is hereby
GRANTED; and
2.
Plaintiff shall file his reply to Defendants’ opposition on or before May 22, 2013;
3.
Plaintiff may file a reply of up to 20 pages.
