ORDER
UPON CONSIDERATION of the federal defendants’ “Unopposed Motion for Extension
of Time to File Oversize Reply Briefs” and the grounds stated in support thereof, and for good
cause shown, it is hereby
ORDERED that said motion should be and is granted; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED that all federal defendants shall be allowed up to and including
August 18, 2011, to file reply briefs in support of their motions to dismiss; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED that all federal defendants shall be allowed to file reply briefs in
support of their motions to dismiss not to exceed fifteen pages.
