This matter is before the court on the Fourth Consent Motion to Modify the Scheduling
Order filed by SirsiDynix. The Court, having reviewed the Consent Motion, has determined that
good cause has been shown to grant the relief sought. Accordingly, the Amended Scheduling
Order is modified as follows:
1.

Discovery and mediation will be concluded by September 17, 2012;

2.

All potentially dispositive motions will be filed by October 17, 2012.

All other deadlines in the September 6, 2011 Scheduling Order remains unchanged.
