OF PLAINTIFF TINA MELLEN STEPP'S REQUEST FOR MODIFICATION OF
MEDIATION ATTENDANCE
Plaintiff files this Limited Agreement to the Defendants request for Modified Mediation
Attendance. Plaintiff will agree to the requested modification with the provision that if
communications are lost between the Defendant Tina Mellen Stepp Thomas and the Mediator or
her Attorneys for any reason the Defendant Tina Mellen Stepp Thomas agrees that the mediation
will continue without her input and to be bound by any an all agreements of said mediation.
