RYAN MCFADYEN, et al.,
Plaintiffs,
MOTION FOR LEAVE TO
PROCEED
v.
IN FORMA PAUPERIS
DUKE UNIVERSITY, et al.,
Defendants,
Defendant Linwood Wilson moves the court to be allowed to proceed in this
action IN FORMA PAUPERIS in order to be on the same footing as the Plaintiffs and
remaining Defendants. Should Defendant Wilson choose to appeal a court's decision,
obtain transcriptsl of depositions or court proceedings in this action he would be unable to
do so financially lnd therefore be greatly discriminated against and at an uneven
advantage to proJerlY defend himself as he is acting pro se in this matter.
PRAYER FOR RELIEF
Whereby Defendant Linwood Wilson moves for the court to approve this motion
for Leave 10 proceed IN FORMA PAUPERIS and issue an order to that effect for the
continuance of this case.
Respectfully submitted, this the 2nd day of May, 2011.
