R. CIV. P. 6(c), and LR7.3(f), MDNC, and with consent of counsel to Plaintiffs, it is hereby ORDERED that, with respect to the City Defendants' motion for stay of proceedings and supporting brief filed on May 13, 2011 (Doc. No. 205, 206), a response, including brief, shall be filed on or before midnight on May 24, 2011, and a reply brief shall be filed on or before midnight on May 27, 2011. This the day of May, 2011.
