ORDER EXPEDITING DEADLINES
FOR FILING RESPONSE AND
REPLY WITH RESPECT TO
MOTION FOR STAY
FOR GOOD CAUSE SHOWN, on motion of Defendant the City of Durham,
North Carolina, and the individual City Defendants Patrick Baker, Steven Chalmers,
Beverly Council, Ronald Hodge, Jeff Lamb, Lee Russ, Michael Ripberger, David
Addison, Mark Gottlieb, and Benjamin Himan (collectively, the "City Defendants"), and
pursuant to FED. R. CIV. P. 6(c), and LR7.3(f), MDNC, and with consent of counsel to
Plaintiffs, it is hereby ORDERED that, with respect to the City Defendants' motion for
stay of proceedings and supporting brief filed on May 13, 2011 (Doc. No. 205, 206), a
response, including brief, shall be filed on or before midnight on May 24, 2011, and a
reply brief shall be filed on or before midnight on May 27, 2011.
