Styron, individually, of Troutman Sanders LLP, to withdraw as counsel for the Defendants. In support thereof, the Defendants show unto the Court that: 1. On or about June 22, 2011, Ms. Styron will separate from Troutman Sanders LLP and join another law firm. She will no longer represent the Defendants in this action. 3. Troutman Sanders LLP will continue to represent the Defendants in this action. Patricia P. Shields, D. Martin Warf and Troutman Sanders LLP will remain counsel of record for the Defendants. WHEREFORE, the Defendants respectfully request the Court for entry of an Order: 1. Allowing Hannah G. Styron, individually, to withdraw as counsel of record; 2.
