IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED, for good cause shown, that the motion of William F. Lee, Jamie S. Gorelick, Paul R.Q. Wolfson, and Jennifer M. O’Connor of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr LLP to withdraw as counsel for the Duke Defendants is GRANTED and that William F. Lee, Jamie S. Gorelick, Paul R.Q. Wolfson, and Jennifer M. O’Connor of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr LLP are fully discharged from representation of the Duke Defendants in this matter and shall have no further responsibility with regard to this case.
