In support of this Motion, the undersigned shows the following: 1. The undersigned counsel originally appeared as counsel for Defendants with the firm of Yates, McLamb and Weyher, LLP 2. The undersigned counsel no longer practices with the firm of Yates, McLamb and Weyher, LLP. 3. Dan McLamb, Shirley Pruitt, and the law firm of Yates, McLamb and Weyher, will remain counsel of record and continue to represent Defendants in this matter. 4. Defendants Duke University Health Systems, Inc., Tara Levicy, Theresa Arico, Private Diagnostic Clinic, PLLC, and Julie Manly have consented to this Motion. WHEREFORE, T. Carlton Younger, III respectfully request the Court for entry of an Order allowing the instant Motion to Withdraw, allowing Mr. Younger to withdraw as counsel and to be fully discharged from representation of Defendants Duke University Health Systems, Inc., Tara Levicy, Theresa Arico, Private Diagnostic Clinic, PLLC, and Julie Manly in this matter and have no further responsibility with regard to this case, and for any other and further relief as the Court shall deem appropriate.
