This matter came before the undersigned upon the consent motion of Defendants
Duke University, Robert Dean, Matthew Drummond, Aaron Graves, and Gary N. Smith
(the “Duke Defendants”) for an order extending the time within which the Duke
Defendants may file a Rule 26(c) motion for a protective order concerning the BursonMarsteller and Edelman subpoenas through and including Thursday, December 8, 2011.
For good cause shown, IT IS ORDERED that the time within which the Duke
Defendants may file a Rule 26(c) motion for a protective order concerning the BursonMarsteller and Edelman subpoenas is extended through and including Thursday,
December 8, 2011.
