MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
FOR WILLIAM P.H. CARY
COMES NOW the undersigned, one of the counsel of record for Defendants DNA
Security, Inc. and Richard Clark, pursuant to Local Rule 83.1(e), and moves the Court for
leave to withdraw as counsel of record in this matter. Mr. Cary has recently accepted an
appointment to serve as the General Counsel of the North Carolina Department of
Environment and Natural Resources, which position will necessitate his withdrawal from
the private practice of law. Defendants DNA Security, Inc. and Richard Clark are
represented by other counsel who have previously made appearances before this Court in
this case and Mr. Cary’s withdrawal will not prejudice said Defendants.
