Extend Discovery Period Solely to Secure an Affidavit from Plaintiff Breck Archer
and Obtain Attorney Billing Records for Plaintiffs Ryan McFadyen and Matthew
Wilson. Finding the motion well taken, and for good cause shown, the motion is
HEREBY GRANTED and IT IS ORDERED that the time within which Plaintiffs
may produce Plaintiff Breck Archer’s signed affidavit and the attorney billing
records for Plaintiffs Ryan McFadyen and Matthew Wilson is extended to October
2, 2012.
