Extend Discovery Period Solely to Secure an Affidavit from Plaintiff Breck
Archer. Finding the motion well taken, and for good cause shown, the motion is
HEREBY GRANTED and IT IS ORDERED that the time within which plaintiffs
may produce Plaintiff Breck Archer’s signed affidavit is extended to October 31,
2012.
