ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR STATUS CONFERENCE
AND FOR EXTENSION OF DISPOSITIVE MOTION DEADLINE
This matter came on before the undersigned on Defendants Duke
University, Matthew Drummond, Aaron Graves, Robert Dean, and Gary N.
Smith’s Motion for Status Conference and for Extension of Dispositive Motions
Deadline filed on 5 October 2012 [DE 304] . For good cause shown, the Court
grants the motion. The parties shall attend a status conference in this matter at
____ on __ October 2012 at the U.S. District Courthouse, Courtroom __, 251 N.
Main Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101. Any deadline under Local Rule 56.1 for
the filing of dispositive motions in this matter shall be extended and tolled
pending the status conference, the disposition of pending discovery motions, and
the completion of any further fact discovery that may be permitted by the Court on

Counts 21 and 24 as a result of that disposition.
