ORDER
Upon consideration of Defendant City of Durham, North Carolina's Motion to
Modify Initial Pretrial Scheduling Order, filed March 20, 2014, it is hereby ORDERED
that the Motion is GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court’s March 17, 2014 Order (Doc. no.
352) is modified as follows: Within 10 days after the Status Conference to be scheduled
at the direction of United States District Judge James A. Beaty, Jr. (see Minute Entry
(Mar. 14, 2014)), all parties must meet and confer as required by Federal Rule of Civil
Procedure 26(f) and Local Rule 16.1. Within 14 days after the Status Conference, all
parties must file Rule 26(f) reports, jointly if possible, addressing the extent of discovery
to be conducted and a plan for completing that discovery on an expedited basis as
directed by the District Judge. Within 3 days after the Rule 26(f) reports, or such later
time as the Court's schedule requires, this matter shall be set for an initial pretrial
scheduling conference.
