MOTION FOR LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS
Defendant Linwood Wilson moves the court to be allowed to proceed in this action IN
FORMA PAUPERIS in order to appeal the court's denial to Defendant Wilson’s Rule 11;
Sanctions (Doc. 401 Order), obtain transcripts of depositions or court proceedings in this
action he would be unable to do so financially and therefore be greatly discriminated
against and at an uneven advantage to properly defend himself as he is acting pro se in
this matter.
PRAYER FOR RELIEF
Whereby Defendant Linwood Wilson moves for the court to approve this motion for
Leave to proceed IN FORMA PAUPERIS and issue an order to that effect for the appeal
in this case to denial of Defendant Wilson’s Motion for Rule 11; Sanctions.
