PRAYER FOR RELIEF Whereby Defendant Linwood Wilson moves for the court to approve this motion for Leave to proceed IN FORMA PAUPERIS and issue an order to that effect for the appeal in this case to denial of Defendant Wilson’s Motion for Rule 11; Sanctions.
