Subject: Subpoenas to Chamber of Commerce for names of contributors
Rich:
I filed an Ohio Elections Commission complaint against the Partnership for Ohio's Future on Thursday alleging
coordination and a false statement in claiming a lack of authorization. A hearing is set for Monday morning at
9:00 am.
I would like to serve subpoenas, under the auspices of the King Lincoln case, on the Chamber seeking the
names of its donors to influence the Ohio Supreme Court races as ancillary to my authorization to seek Rove's
deposition. I would like to seek immediate compliance. The public will be irreparably harmed if it is not
informed before Tuesday's election as to whom is funding these ads that are in a sufficient volume to determine
the election. Indeed they have determined the election according to the Dispatch's ever reliable written poll.
Inasmuch as this seeks to address fraud in the present election I have left a telephone message to this effect
with Jennifer. I tried your old number and could not leave a telephone message because someone else now
has the number.
