IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF OHIO EASTERN DIVISION AARON CLARK, et al, : : Plaintiffs, : v. : : THE WALT DISNEY COMPANY, et : al. : : Defendants. : ORDER THIS MATTER is before this Court upon the parties' Stipulation to Extend Discovery Cutoff (Doc. 57). The parties request that the deadline to conduct limited discovery into Case No. 2:08CV982 Judge Holschuh Magistrate Judge Abel personal jurisdiction over The Walt Disney Company ("TWDC") be continued from September 10, 2009 to September 30, 2009, to permit Plaintiffs to complete a 30(b)(6) deposition of TWDC. Having reviewed the parties' stipulation, and good cause appearing therefor, the Court GRANTS the parties' request. Plaintiffs shall have until September 30, 2009 to complete the previously noticed 30(b)(6) deposition of TWDC. If by September 30, 2009, Plaintiffs conclude there is no basis for the Court to assert personal jurisdiction over TWDC, Plaintiffs shall dismiss all claims against TWDC. However, if Plaintiffs do not voluntarily dismiss their claims by September 30, 2009, then TWDC shall have until October 14, 2009 to file a renewed Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction.
