[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR SANCTIONS PURSUANT TO FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 11 Defendants JAKKS Pacific, Inc., Play Along Toys, Toys `R' Us, Inc., and Disney Shopping, Inc. (collectively "Defendants") have moved for sanctions seeking an Order granting Defendants' attorneys' fees pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11. Having considered Defendants' motion, and good cause appearing therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: Defendants' motion for sanctions is GRANTED. Within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Order, Defendants shall file an itemized statement of attorneys' fees with the Court. The Court will then issue an Order directing Plaintiffs Aaron Clark and John Peirano and their counsel to remit payment to Defendants within thirty (30) days. IT IS SO ORDERED.
