CONSENT MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION Pursuant to L.R. 7.3(a), and with the consent of Plaintiff, The Ohio State University ("Plaintiff"), Defendant Maple Street Press, LLC ("Defendant"), seeks an additional twenty-one (21) days to respond to Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Injunction. Defendant is seeking this extension because the parties are engaged in settlement negotiations, and anticipate finalizing those discussions within the next twenty-one days. If necessary, Defendant's response to Plaintiff's Motion shall be due on or before November 26, 2010. A proposed Order is attached for the Court's convenience.
