information designated thereunder as “CONFIDENTIAL” or “ATTORNEYS’ EYES ONLY”
except to those persons specified in Paragraph 6 of the Order (“Qualified Persons”). By my
signature below, I agree that I will not disseminate or disclose any information designated as
“CONFIDENTIAL” or “ATTORNEYS’ EYES ONLY” received by me, except to Qualified
Persons, and will otherwise abide by the terms and conditions of the Order with respect to any
such information received by me. By my signature, for purposes of enforcement of

the

Amended Stipulated Protective Order, I also submit to the exercise of jurisdiction over my
person by the court in which this case is pending.
