Now comes the United States, by counsel, and respectfully moves this Court to unseal the
Complaint and the entire case, which were sealed by Order of this Court on September 5, 2017,
for the reason that on November 14, 2017, a grand jury for the Southern District of Ohio returned
an Indictment against Hector Torres, a potential claimant in this civil forfeiture action. See United
States v. Torres, Case No. 3:17-CR-184-WHR. Mr. Torres currently is in the custody of the
United States Marshal. Unsealing this case will allow the United States to send notice of this civil
forfeiture action to any potential claimants.
