MOTION FOR ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE OF ROBERT A. BRACKEN, ESQ. ON BEHALF OF PLAINTIFFS TO THE HONORABLE EDUARDO ROBRENO: COMES NOW, Jason A. Archinaco, Esq, a member in good standing of the Bar of this Court, and files this motion on behalf of Robert A. Bracken, Esq., to appear Pro Hac Vice on behalf of Plaintiffs in the above captioned civil matter and in support of this Motion, would show as follows: 1. Plaintiffs are represented by Jason A. Archinaco, Esq., an attorney admitted to practice and in good standing before this Court. 2. Jason A. Archinaco is a member of the law firm of Pribanic Pribanic + Archinaco, with offices located at 513 Court Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.

3. The undersigned requests that Robert A. Bracken, Esq., Pennsylvania State Bar No. 206095, be admitted to appear before this Court Pro Hac Vice on behalf of all Plaintiffs for all matters pertaining to the above captioned case. 4. Mr. Bracken is an associate of Jason A. Archinaco, Esq., and works under Mr. Archinaco's supervision. 5. Mr. Bracken was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on October of 2007 and is currently a member in good standing of the Bar of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, as evinced by the Certificate of Good Standing attached hereto as Exhibit 1. 6. Mr. Bracken has been admitted to practice in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and is a member in good standing of the Bar of those Courts. Mr. Bracken has also been admitted to practice in the State Courts of West Virginia. 7. Mr. Bracken is registered for ECF filing in both the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Southern District of West Virginia and will register for ECF filing in this Court as soon as he is admitted Pro Hac Vice in this matter. 8. Mr. Bracken has never been suspended from the practice of law in any jurisdiction, has never been held in contempt by any Court, has never been convicted of any felony, and has committed no crimes of moral turpitude.
