Conaboy) NO. 3:09-CV-00210 AND NOW, this _______ day of ____________ 2010, upon consideration of the Defendants' Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery and Amend the Case Management Schedule, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED. The case management deadlines are modified as follows: 1. Discovery shall be completed by May 31, 2010. During this extension period the depositions of Plaintiff, Dawn McQuaide, Al Carpinet, Ralph Melone, Bob Williams, the realty employee to be identified by Reisinger, and the secretary to be identified by Reisinger are to be conducted along with any additional individuals identified during the taking of these depositions who have information relevant to this case. The existing prohibition on the Plaintiff taking the deposition of the Defendants or any 641402.1 other individuals who had previously been disclosed by the Defendants as set forth in the Court's February 9, 2010 Order is continued. 2. The dispositive motion deadline is extended to July 31, 2010. 3. Plaintiff's expert reports are due by April 28, 2010. 4. Defendants' expert reports are due by June 30, 2010. 5. Plaintiff is directed to attend full day depositions unless he produces a physician's medical statement to the Court certifying he cannot do so and explaining why.
